Infant Room

4 weeks to 1 year old

The caregivers work with each child on activities that stimulate and foster the developemental milestones. They make sure each baby's primary needs are met as they are held, loved and encouraged to explore the environment. Caregivers and parents work closely to develop and modify routines so that babies feel secure and comfortable.  Infant classrooms are equipped with safe and age appropriate toys, soft cushions for climbing, stationary exercisers, soft motion swings, and high chairs. Soft music is played throughout the day.

Toddler Room

1 to 2 years old

The main goals of the toddler class are to provide a loving, caring atmosphere where physical attention is freely given, and to instill in each child a feeling of autonomy and a positive self-concept.
Caregivers provide for language developement, social developement, and establish foundations for the respect of others and their environment.  Self-help skills are developed to create a feeling of independence and confidence.  Teachers encourage and children learn from each other as they progress in toilet training at their own pace.

After School and Summer Camp

Ages up to 13 years old

Our After School and Summer Programs emphasize fun and excitement while providing a safe environment for younger school aged children.  Themes like "Carnival", "Under the Sea", "Olympics" and "Jungle Animals" set the stage for exciting outdoor and indoor activities.  Field trips to the parks, zoos and museums provide children with a variety of programs outside the center.  In the center the children will experience music, art, and science along with drama guided by experienced professional teachers.

Our program also features a "Gymboree" program, where a professional instructor engages infants, toddlers, preschoolers, pre-K and kindergarteners with an exciting, stimulating blend of activities - from touch and language experiences to motor skills.
Periodically, other special guests visit the center to entertain and engage the children, such as animal experts with live pets, assorted musicians, clowns, puppeteers & magicians, as well as local community helpers, like police and fire personnel.
